Returns and Exchanges

At Mexcii, we strive to provide the most magical experience. If you received the wrong item (s) or your item (s) are defective, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can assess the issue and make it right. 
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.


We currently only ship within the US and its territories. All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping delays may occur if we are experiencing high volume of orders. If your shipment is impacted over a few days, we will notify you via email.

Shipping rates are calculated at check out. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Mexcii is not responsible for any shipment damages or lost packages. Please contact the carrier to file a claim. Order cancellations will not be accepted once an order has shipped.
